Thursday Afternoon Delight

OK Corrie Canuksters, I have a fun little trivia question. I came across this famous Corrie quote. Tell me who said it and who it is in reference to.

"Skirt no bigger than a belt, too much eyeliner, and roots as dark as her soul!"

This actually isn’t that difficult, and it is so funny it makes me wanna cry.

What's the question MF? My answer is that this is what Annie Walker said about Bet Lynch.

Which I realize now is wrong and full of shame.

So wait... was I wrong? Debbie? Jacqueline?

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Pink Lady - I think you're right. Wasn't Liz stopping at the Barlow's at the time?

I was going to say someone talking about Bet Lynch, but now that I see Pink Lady's resonse - that has to be it. Sounds like one of the brilliant lines Blanche would say.

I'm assuming they are grooming Liz to be the next Bet.

Yes folks, Pink Lady was correct. It was Blanche talking about Liz.

Although it could have been inreference to a number of charaters.
