BOOBIES!!!

Okay - got your attention!

Remember how much we all love boobies? Now here's your chance to 'support' them.

I'm once again fundraising for a cause that is near and dear to me, the CIBC Run for the Cure on October 1, 2006. This fundraising event raises millions of dollars each year for the fight against breast cancer.

This will be my 4th year participating in this event and each year I've been overwhelmed by the generosity of those who have sponsored my efforts in raising funds for this cause. Everyone who has donated has made it possible for me to raise literally thousands of dollars that can be used in fight against breast cancer.

For all those touched by this disease, those diagnosed with breast cancer and all those who love them, I would like to ask if could sponsor me for the 2006 run.

If you would like to sponsor me, you can donate online by clicking here.

If you would prefer to not donate online, drop me an email and I'll give you my mailing address.

My fundraising goal this year is to collect $500 online by July 10 (as a challenge put forward to Team Captain's this year) and to reach a total of $1,000 by October.

I'd like to thank you in advance for any help you can provide and a special thanks to all those of you who have sponsored me in past years. It is running with your support that makes this my favorite run of the year!

And remember, the more money Glacia raises, the faster she runs!!!

EXCLUSIVE: MY SECRET SEX WITH THE CORRIE CRACKHEAD
By Emily Miller
CRAIG Charles first set eyes on Vanda Black 12 years ago when she was a stunning 16-year-old nightclub dancer.

They had a passionate affair but lost touch for more than a decade.

When she arranged to meet married Charles again in March they ended up having frenzied sex.

The volatile Coronation Street star had drunk vodka with pretty Vanda in the cast's favourite pubs before inviting her back to the seedy flat he rents near the soap set.

But after their romp Charles was overcome with guilt for betraying the loyal wife who is standing by him after revelations in the Mirror about his crack cocaine addiction.

Dancer Vanda, 29, said: "Our lips met as we sat in Craig's living room after a meal and within minutes we were having full sex.

"We didn't even take our clothes off - it was just raw physical attraction and he was really into it, snogging me very passionately.

"As soon as we'd done it, he went all cold and quiet."

Racked by guilt, father-of-three Charles, 41, glanced sheepishly at Vanda and whispered: "What have we done?" The actor then declared his love for wife Jackie, 42.

Vanda, who had a two-month fling with Charles when he was filming Red Dwarf 12 years ago, added: "We pulled away from each other and he nodded when I said, 'We shouldn't have done that'.

"He replied, 'I love my wife so much. She's a brilliant woman'.

"I got up, brushed myself off and left him standing there alone, devastated at what we'd done."

THE latest revelation in the troubled Corrie actor's life comes after the Mirror revealed this week he took 60 hits of highly addictive crack cocaine in a four-hour bender.

Shamed Charles, who plays chirpy cabbie Lloyd Mullaney, also took a hooker to a hotel for a marathon drug-taking session - and then let her help him learn his lines.

Corrie bosses have now suspended him after he agreed to take Granada TV's offer to get him medical help to overcome his demons.

Concerned Vanda said although she did not see Charles do drugs, she feels if he has a problem he must seek help for the sake of his health and marriage.

She added: "Craig was always an intense guy, very into music when we first got to know each other in London clubs and being a celebrity can take its toll.

"It's clear his wife and kids mean the world to him."

But she fears Charles' relationship with Jackie could be over.

She said: "I think he still loves his wife but I'm not sure his marriage will survive."

Vanda, from Manchester, had emailed Charles when she spotted him on Corrie. And she said the chemistry was instant when they met in March at The Ox pub.

She revealed: "I'd emailed him a nice photo of me and when he saw it he got in touch.

"When we came face to face and he set eyes on me he looked really excited.

"He said I looked incredible and couldn't believe I'd five kids." But tubby Charles' love handles have grown over the years, she revealed.

"We used to go dancing when I was 16 and he was fairly trim.

"But he's got a lot pudgier since the early days. He said he had to put on weight for Coronation Street.

"But one thing that hasn't changed is Craig's passion."

She added: "After The Ox Craig took me down the road to another pub called The White Lion. We sat there chatting about our kids and getting a bit merry. But soon we went back to his private flat as he hates being seen in public.

"Although we were by no means an item, being pictured with another woman wasn't something that would have done him any favours."

Mum Vanda, whose children are 11, nine, four, two and one, was filled with remorse following their sex.

"I felt horrendous," she said. "We'd spent the first part of the evening chatting about our kids, then one thing led to another.

"There really wasn't anything we could say to change what had happened. We just sat there, a bit dumbstruck. It felt really awkward as we'd broken the rules and had never intended to.

"The last thing I wanted to do was make Craig's life harder - I was still really fond of him as a friend."

Recently-single Vanda said love cheats sicken her.

SHE said: "After fumbling around like that with a married man I almost felt bad for my kids too. Being so out of control, even if it's just for a few unplanned minutes, is not something that makes you feel good about yourself.

"I won't get in the way of Craig and his wife again because he's worth more than that and so am I."

Charles first set eyes on Vanda when she was a leggy 16-year-old earning cash as a techno dancer in a crowded London nightclub.

She said: "I'd stand on podiums wearing glitzy little hot pants, fluffy boots and crop tops showing my tummy. Craig loved clubbing, the loud music, the whole mood."

Girls constantly chatted up comedy star Charles, then 28. But the fame game didn't turn her on.

"Craig has spotted me doing my thing across the room," said Vanda.

"He was at the height of his Red Dwarf popularity.

"We'd spend hours talking, listening to music and having sex."

Their fling ended when Vanda moved home to Manchester.

But upfront Charles hadn't lost his smooth touch when at their reunion.

She recalled: "The atmosphere between us gradually got more intimate as the hours passed.

"He said I was dead pretty and cute and bought me vodka oranges.

"He was very charming, saying, 'I'm gobsmacked how incredible you look'. We ordered takeaway potato wedges and chicken from the bar and walked back to his place.

"We hadn't discussed having sex, it just happened."

Despite Charles' hefty pay packet, smart homes and decadent lifestyle, his flat is so bare there is not even a TV set, Vanda revealed.

She added: "It's odd considering TV is his job, but he just crashes there. His family live in their other homes. I asked him to put some tunes on but there was no machine to play music."
