There's always a cat

That's the opening sequence I remember watching with my grandmother (and wishing she'd turn it over to cartoons or summat).

Aaaahh, but does the cat let out an audible meow in the modern opening? I swear I hear it while no one else can. Anyone else hear it, please say yes.

The old kitty tucking feet in was said to be Hilda Ogden's cat Rommel in our silly household. Cheers!
