Books in the Bog

Brits can spend up to an hour a day reading on the toilet seat, it is claimed.

Nearly half of folk in a survey admitted enjoying a book or magazine in the privacy of their own loo.

And despite The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown being voted top toilet material, the most absorbing loo reads were said to be biographies.

The poll, by a loo paper company, revealed men as the biggest culprits, especially at work.
